Another perfect weather day in Whistler. The lifts were buzzing and the trails were perfect. The racers were up on the Canadian open practicing for Sunday. I heard that many Am competitors have pulled out after attempting to ride some of the new sections. But that is tomorrow...

Saturday was the Monster Energy Slope Style and it went off the chart. Runs that would have won this event last year didn't even qualify for the big show. When the dust settled the Winner of the Slope style was Greg Watts. THe VW best trick which had to be moved from thursday was voted on by the riders and Andreau won with a sick flat spin 360 superman.
