i hope this is a joke...
either get a 26"wheel on the back or a 24" wheel on the front. Either way you still may end up with a hefty dentist bill....

what a lot of ignorance.

7 inches on a hardtail is not that unusual, at least around here.

if it doesn't void the warranty i doubt theres a huge danger to the head tube.

its not even that raked! i guess maybe the pic makes it look more raked than it is.

dude, its not that raked, a 7 inch fork on a HT and a 24" rear wheel? Where are you coming from? Orange County Cycle?? Thats raked. I bet it manuals though.

I understand the mentality of the street riding bikes for why hardtails are the best with 5 inch forks. I don't quite get the guys who race on those same bikes for ontario cup (lol). But I really don't get why if you are using a bike for freeriding or big drops, why you don't just get a bloody f/s. You are just making landings and tech sections harder on yourself and your bike.

Cheers

yeah, clearly im not a big tech street guy, if i was i would have a different bike. why do i DH on a hardtail? its cheaper, and i can still keep up to most of my riding buddies who have fullys. eventually ill get a squish.

yea, true. but if you had a burly sinlge crown five inch fork on there, you would be faster, and your bike would feel a thousand times better. plus youd still be able to do the same shit on it.

The new Rant is dedicated to all the stuck up snobs thats posted stupid comments about this poor guys bike. You don't know a thing about him, or where he lives, or how he rides, but you all saw fit to tell him that he needed to change the bike.

Read it up, enjoy.
